2022 Area 8 Festival Registration & Process Information

For the health and safety of everyone, attendees, Area 8 staff, clinicians, and instructors will be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, as well as wear masks inside. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Four meals are provided with registration: Friday lunch and dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner. Registrants who stay in the hotel will receive a grab & go breakfast (up to 4 per room).

Email Addresses for All Attendees
When registering more than one person, please include an email address for every attendee in your registration. Each person will receive a registration number and will receive emails and information from the Festival Committee.

An email will be sent to all attendees
After an attendee is registered, they will receive a second email with information about the following:

  • registration for Thursday seminars and BronzeFest
  • registration for the bonus Thursday evening rehearsal
  • purchasing T-shirts, extra meal tickets, and concert tickets

Sign up for classes before you arrive
Attendees will receive information about signing up for classes that will be offered at the Festival. Most attendees will be able to select four classes.  Those participating in BronzeFest will not attend any classes.

All tables for the ringing floor will be provided
All tables will be provided for massed ringing, BronzeFest, and classes. Ringers are asked to bring foam pads and fabric covers.
